   A provocative metaphor allows you to quickly interrupt the usual patterns of perceiving a situation and move from the usual pseudo-understanding of what is happening to an unusual misunderstanding and absurdity. The action turns into a farce, in which interest in what is happening and intrigue increases, and understanding, as a rule, is turned off. It catches up later and no longer determines the experience, but comprehends it and, extracting the necessary information, directs the person's behavioral activity. All this is necessary to correct the cognitive link of self-regulation, because it is difficult to learn something new with the usual patterns of thinking, to reach a qualitatively different level of functioning.

   The trainer interviews the participants, clarifying their goals and expectations for the two days. While the participants are speaking in a circle, the trainer monitors the response activity of each - who reacted to whom and on what topic (gave an emotionally colored reaction). This may be interest or irritation, or perhaps just a movement towards or away from the speaker. Such information is necessary for the construction of a provocative metaphor that unites the entire group. Next, the most active participant is selected, whose processes are enhanced by the procedural provocations of the coach.

As a result of the prevailing group farce, a situation of uncertainty appears, causing an increase in the level of anxiety of the participants. This situation metaphorically models stories from the life of each participant in which it was difficult for them to derive any benefit. Stories such as interrupted gestalts are remembered and require completion and satisfaction of the unmet needs behind them. Participants are trained to contain anxiety and cope with situations of uncertainty.

      correct decision. Which of the alternatives to choose; how to earn and not lose money, build and maintain relationships, win and maintain sympathy and respect; to achieve the goal, overcoming doubts and resistance - all these problems cannot be solved only with the help of sober calculation and common sense. In situations of uncertainty, self-deception also progresses, logic and common sense are leveled.

   To overcome such difficult situations, according to C.P. Covey, the following resources are needed: B) developed sensitivity to the slightest changes in the situation; C) reliance on the unchanged basic key principles of decision-making (4 rules of S. Covey); and D) the ability to go beyond the usual ways of responding.

Participation in this project will not allow you to sharply learn to control and overcome such situations - it takes time to form some resources (A and B) (the “body module” and “meeting group” provide an opportunity for such development). However, 4 rules for decision-making in situations of uncertainty by S. Covey: ensure excellent execution of their priority tasks; move at the speed of trust; achieve more with less resources; reduce fear,   and the development of the ancient archetypal resource of the Trickster (a prototype of self-consciousness not split into the usual binary system of thinking: good-bad, beautiful-ugly, smart-stupid, etc.) will overcome the prevailing stereotypes of the perception of the problem and see many other ways to solve it.

    A high level of anxiety and fear in a situation of uncertainty activates a person’s own demonic strategies and initializes the formation of certain forms of his distorted behavior: arrogance, self-abasement, greed, self-destruction, impatience martyrdom and stubbornness. These forms destroy the possibility of human happiness and reduce the level of life satisfaction.

   Участники Мастерской диагностируют у себя степень выраженности тех или иных искаженных форм поведения, и знакомятся с собственными деструктивными  демоническими стратегиями и учатся зрелому и adequate response in an emotionally difficult situation.

Emotional correction is carried out by working with muscle blocks (chronically tense muscles). The trainer probes tense muscles, activating the experiences they hold back. Participants learn how to constructively express their emotions.

   Changes are most clearly visible in the human corporeality - in his look lit up with joy, confident and free movements, a feeling of lightness in the body and activation of bioenergetic processes. Personality changes that do not affect the body are usually not permanent and are easily reversible. Physical transformation is a necessary condition for personal development.
